Macaroni & Ground Beef Casserole (Becky Essig)

3 c. cooked macaroni
½ c. chopped green pepper
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. tomato soup
1 c. grated onion
2 cans cream of celery soup
1 c. chopped celery
Brown onion, celery, green pepper and ground beef. Add other ingredients.
Bake @ 350° for 35-40 minutes.
