Salisbury Steak Hamburgers (Heather Hill)
Make medium-sized hamburger patties, adding onion, garlic salt,
seasoning salt, etc. if desired. Brown the hamburgers in a pan or using
a George Foreman grill. While they're browning, mix together a can of
cream soup and a can of French onion soup (two cans of each if it's a
large batch of hamburgers) or even just beef broth. Add the hamburgers to the soups in a casserole pan (or cake pan if you have a lot of hamburgers), cover with aluminum foil and bake at 300° until everything is hot. Serve with vegetables or mashed potatoes.
