Bread (Brad Larsen)
Dissolve 2 pkgs yeast in ½ c. warm water (not too warm). Add a couple of grains of sugar if you want to speed up action.
Put 5 c. of warm water plus 1 c. milk into mixing bowl.
Add 5 t. salt; 2/3 c. honey; ¼ c. oil; 4 c. white flour; 8-10 c. stone ground whole wheat flour
Mix thoroughly. Knead 10 minutes. Let rise 1-1 ½ hours. Knead once again. Put into 5 pans. Let rise 30-40 minutes.
Bake @ 400° for about 24 minutes. Keep in 350° oven for an additional 24 minutes.
