Doughnuts (Karen Burbidge)

Combine: 2 c. Quick Mix, ¼ c. sugar, ¼ t. cinnamon, ¼ t. nutmeg

Mix & add to above all at once: 1 t. vanilla, 1 beaten egg, 1/3 c. milk. Knead on floured surface for 10 minutes. Roll out ½" thick. Fry in oil. Drain. Dip warm into Glaze.

Glaze: 1¼ c. powdered sugar, 2 t. milk, ½ t. vanilla. Makes 12 doughnuts.
