Easter Bread (Becky Essig)

2 c. milk; 2 pkg. yeast; 3 c. flour; ½ stick margarine; ¼ t. salt; 1 c. sugar; 1 T. lemon juice; 4 whole eggs, beaten (save one white for topping, whipped)

Melt yeast in lukewarm milk. Add flour and let rise. Then add remaining ingredients except topping. Knead well.

Cover & let rise. Knead again & shape into rolls or bread.
Bake @350°.
