Lemon Muffins (Kathi Hill)

Combine together: 1¾ c. flour; 1 t. baking powder; ¾ t. baking soda; ¼ t. salt; ¾ c. sugar; 1 T. grated lemon rind
Add: 1 egg, beaten; 1 carton lemon yogurt; ¼ c. plus 2 T. margarine, melted; 1 T. lemon juice
Bake @ 400° for 20 minutes. Cool in pans for 5 minutes. While warm, pick with toothpick. Pour glaze over muffins.
Glaze: ¼ c. sugar, 2 t. grated lemon rind, 1/3 c. lemon juice Cook until sugar dissolves.
