Bread (Catherine Moon)
2 pkg. dry yeast; ½ c. warm water; 5 c. hot water; 7 c. whole wheat flour; 2/3 c. honey or molasses; 2/3 c, cooking oil; 2 T. salt; 5-6 c. additional flour

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Set aside. Combine hot tap water and 7 c. flour. Beat until smooth. Add honey, oil and salt. Add dissolved yeast. Add remaining flour to make dough stiff enough to knead. Knead for 10 minutes. Divide into 4 loaves. DO NOT RAISE FIRST. Place in greased loaf pans. Allow to raise about 2/3 volume, not double. Bake @ 350° for 40-50 minutes.
