Pizza Crust (Kent Dittmer)
½ c. milk, scalded; 1 T. sugar; ¾ t. salt; ¾ T. oil Dissolve 1 pkg. yeast in ¼ c. warm water in large bowl. Add milk mixture (above) and 1¾ c. flour to yeast. Knead. Let rise for 15 minutes. Press into pan. Add toppings. |
