Raisin Bran Muffins (Kathi Hill)

Mix & set aside: 1 c. Raisin Bran; 1 c. boiling water; c. salad oil.

Mix & add: 2 c. flour; 1 t. salt; 1 c. sugar (half brown; 2 t. soda; 2 c. Raisin Bran. Mix & add: 2 eggs, well-beaten; 2 c. buttermilk; 1 c. raisins. Bake in muffin cups.

Glaze while hot: c. powdered sugar; c. fresh orange juice; t. vanilla; t. almond flavoring.
