Zucchini Bread (Becky Essig)

Blend: 3 eggs; ½ c. vegetable oil; 2 c. brown sugar. Add: 2 c. grated zucchini; 1 small can crushed pineapple; 2 t. vanilla.

Combine & add: 3 c. flour; 2 t. baking soda; 1½ t. cinnamon; 1 t. salt; ¾ t. nutmeg; ¼ t. baking powder. Add: 1 c. raisins; 1 c. chopped pecans.

Spread into baking pan. Bake @ 350° for 1½ hours.
