Little Cheese Cakes (Helen Maskell)
Cream Cheese Mixture: Beat until smooth: 2 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese; 2 eggs; ¾ c. sugar; 1 t. vanilla
18 vanilla wafers; 1 can cherry pie filling; Paper baking cups
Place 1 wafer in bottom of each baking cup. Fill cup ¾ full with cream cheese mixture. Bake @ 350° for 15 minutes. Spoon small amount of pie filing on each cake. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
