Deep, Dark Chocolate Cake (Karen Burbidge)

Mix #1: 1¾ c. unsifted flour, 2 c. sugar, ¾ c. Hershey's cocoa, 1½ t. baking soda, 1½ t. baking powder, 1 t. salt.

Mix #2: 2 eggs, 1 c. milk, ½ c. vegetable oil, 2 t. vanilla.

Mix #3: 1 c. boiling water.

Batter will be thin. Put in greased & floured pan. Bake @ 350° for 35-40 minutes. Frost with a butter cream icing.
