Oatmeal Cake Frosting (Lynda Speidel)
Bring to boil: ¾ c. light brown sugar; ¼ c. Milnot; 1 t. vanilla Set aside to cool.
Add: 1 c. coconut; 1 c. chopped nuts
Stir and spread on cake. Put under broiler until brown (about 2 minutes).
