Poppy Seed Cake (Becky Essig)

Mix: 3 eggs; 2½ c. sugar; 1½ t. salt; 1½ t. vanilla; 3 c. flour; 1½ t. baking powder; 1½ T. poppy seeds; 1½ c. milk; 1 c. + 2 T. oil; 1½ t. almond flavoring

Bake in well-greased bundt pan for 1 hour @ 350.

Glaze while hot: ¾ c. powdered sugar; ¼ c. fresh orange juice; ½ t. vanilla; ½ t. almond flavoring
