Poppy Seed Cake (Becky Essig)

Mix: 3 eggs; 2 c. sugar; 1 t. salt; 1 t. vanilla; 3 c. flour; 1 t. baking powder; 1 T. poppy seeds; 1 c. milk; 1 c. + 2 T. oil; 1 t. almond flavoring

Bake in well-greased bundt pan for 1 hour @ 350.

Glaze while hot: c. powdered sugar; c. fresh orange juice; t. vanilla; t. almond flavoring
