Chicken Cordon Bleu (Lisa Hoop)4 boneless chicken breasts, skin removed; sliced swiss cheese; Thin-sliced ham; 1 can cream of chicken soup; ½ c. sour cream; lemon juice; bread crumbs; margarine
Place chicken between 2 sheets of waxed paper. Pound until ¼" thick. Roll 1 slice ham & ½ slice swiss cheese inside each chicken breast. Thread ends together. Roll in margarine, then bread crumbs. Bake 45 minutes @ 375° in glass dish with remaining margarine. Gravy: Heat soup over low heat. Add sour cream & lemon juice.
