Chicken Casserole (Kathi Hill)
2 c. cooked chicken; 2 c. chopped celery; 1 can cream of chicken soup; 1 c. mayonnaise; 1 c. water chestnuts, sliced; 1/8 t. salt; 1 T. lemon juice; 3 t. grated onion; 1 c. cheddar cheese, grated. Crushed potato chips on top Bake @ 350° for 30 minutes. |
