Blonde Brownies (Lynda Speidel)

Sift together: 2 2/3 c. flour; 2 1/2 t. baking powder; ½ t. salt
In saucepan melt: 2/3 c. butter or margarine
Add: 2¼ c. brown sugar
Cool 10 minutes.
Add: 3 eggs, one at a time; 1 c. chopped nuts; 1 6 oz. pkg. semi-sweet butterscotch pieces
Add: Flour Mixture
Spread in cake pan. Bake @ 350° for 25-30 minutes.
