Chocolate Marshmellow Bars (Karen Burbidge)
Mix: ½ c. cocoa, 2 c. sugar, 1 c. butter Add: 4 eggs (one at a time), 1½ c. flour, 2 t. vanilla Grease cookie sheet. Put all batter on cookie sheet & bake @ 350° for 25 minutes. Add a package of miniature marshmallows and bake for an additional 3-5 minutes. Frosting: ½ c. butter, 1/3 c. cocoa, 1/3 c. evaporated milk (or substitute regular milk), 2 c. powdered sugar |
