Pecan Puffs (Becky Essig)
Butter Mixture: Beat until soft: ½ c. butter. Add and blend until creamy: 2 T. sugar. Add: 1 t. vanilla. Flour Mixture Measure and then grind 1 c. pecans. Sift before measuring: 1 c. flour. Add ½ t. salt. Stir flour mixture into butter mixture. Roll into small balls. Bake on greased pan @ 300° for 45 minutes. Roll when hot in powdered sugar. Roll again in powdered sugar when cooled. |
