Cherry Delight (Kathi Hill)

Mix: ¾ c. flour; ½ c. sugar; 1 pinch salt; 1 t. baking powder. Add: ½ c. milk. Add: 1 can drained cherries.

Cook to boil: liquid off cherries; 1 c. sugar. Pour over cherries. Dot with butter. Bake @ 400° for 25-30 minutes.
