Lasagna (Lois McLaughlin)
1. 1 lb. hamburger, 1 clove minced garlic, 1 T. basil, 1½ t. salt, 1 pint tomatoes, 2 6 oz. cans tomato paste. Brown hamburger, add other ingredients and simmer.

2. 3 cup cottage cheese, 2 eggs, 2 T. parsley, ½ t. pepper. Mix together and set aside.

4. Cook lasagna noodles or use kind that doesn't need cooking

5. Layer: noodles, meat mixture, cottage cheese mixture, shredded mozzarella. Do this twice.
