Upside Down Pizza (Heather Hill)
1 lb. ground beef, 1 lg. jar pizza sauce, 1 8 oz. pkg. shredded mozzarella, ½ c. chopped onion, 1 t. garlic salt, ¼ t. salt, ¼ t. pepper, 1 c. Bisquick, 2 eggs, 1 c. milk
Brown ground beef and set aside. In small bowl, mix Bisquick, eggs and milk on medium speed until smooth. In medium-large casserole dish, layer in upside down manner: ground beef first, onion, garlic salt, salt and pepper, then cheese, then sauce and last the Bisquick mix made earlier. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cook in oven for 20 min. at 350°.
