Frito Casserole (Lydia Hill)
1 lb. stew beef, cooked till tender
1 pkg. Fritos
2 cans taco sauce
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 can chopped green chilies
Combine and let sit for awhile. Bake @ 350° for about 20 min.
