Salsa (Kathi Hill)

2 gallons cut-up peeled tomatoes (about 1 bushel); 2 qt. chopped onions; 2 qt. chopped green peppers; 1 c. cider vinegar; ½ c. salt; ½ c. sugar; 12 seeded jalapeno peppers, chopped fine; 1 c. cilantro

Mix up. Put into jars. Leave headroom. Fill jars hot. Hot water for 10 min. Makes 12 qts.
