Taco Pinwheels (Kathi Hill)
Mix & set aside: 1 lb. ground beef, browned & drained, 1 can chili beans, mashed, 2 T. onion flakes, 2 t. garlic salt

Combine: 2 c. flour. ½ t. salt, 4 t. baking powder, ½ t. cream of tartar,2 t. sugar. Cut in: ½ c. shortening. Add & stir lightly: 2/3 c. milk

Knead 12 times and roll out dough. Spread on mixture. Roll jelly-roll style. Cut into slices. Sprinkle with: ¾ c. grated cheese. Bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes. Serve with taco sauce.
