Fresh Peach Pie (Catherine Moon)
2 c. boiling water. Add to: 2½ c. sugar; ¾ c. cornstarch; ½ c. water. Add: 1 3 oz. pkg. orange jello; ¼ c. lemon juice. Chill: 3 c. sliced peaches (add some sugar to them.) When filling is cooled, add peaches to it. Pour into shells. Makes 3 pies. |
