1 c. shortening; ¾ c. sugar; 1 egg; 1 t. almond or vanilla; 2-2½ c. flour Mix together. Press into cups. Bake @ 350° until lightly browned. Filling: 1 c. sour cream; 1 c. milk; ½ t. vanilla. Small package French vanilla instant pudding Top with cherry pie filling. |
