Hawaiian Ham (Kathi Hill)
3 c. lean diced cooked ham, 1 medium sliced onion, 1 c. pineapple chunks with juice, ½ c. seedless raisins, 1 t. dry mustard, ¼ c. brown sugar, 1 T. cornstarch, ¼ t. salt, 1/3 c. vinegar, 1 t. Worcestershire sauce. Top cubed ham with onion & green pepper. Drain pineapple. Add water to juice to make 1 cup. Place fruit over vegetables. Add raisins.
Blend mustard, sugar, cornstarch, salt, vinegar & pineapple juice mixture and cook till bubbly. Add Worcestershire sauce. Pour over ham and bake @ 350° for 45-60 minutes.
