Pork Chop and Potato Bake (Jenn)

6 pork chops, 1 can cream of celery soup, ½ c. milk, ½ c. sour cream, ¼ t. pepper, 1 (24 oz) pkg. hash browns, 1 c. cheddar cheese (shredded), 1 can (2-8 oz.) French fried onions

Place browned pork chops on top. Cover and bake 40 min. @ 350°. Save ½ c. cheese and ½ can French fried onions to add on at the end. Bake uncovered for 5 more minutes.
