Sausage Balls (Kathi Hill)
2 c. Bisquick
1 lb. sausage
1 lb. grated cheddar cheese
OR
3 c. Bisquick
1 lb. hot sausage
10 oz. sharp cheddar cheese
Shape into balls and bake on ungreased cookie sheet @ 350° for 10-15 minutes.
