Acini de Pepe (Kathi Hill)
Cook in boiling water 8-10 minutes: 1¾ c. acini de pepe. Drain & reserve juice: 1 13-oz can crushed pineapple; 1 13-oz. can pineapple chunks.

Combine & heat till thickened: 3 egg yolks, beaten; 1 c. sugar; 3 T. flour; ½ t. salt; 1¾ c. juice & water. Add sauce to acini de pepe.

Add: 2 11-oz. cans mandarin oranges, drained. Drained pineapple. Bananas. Apples. Maraschino cherries. Chopped nuts. Coconut.
