Hot Meatball Salad (Kathi Hill)
Combine into balls & fry: 1 lb. ground beef; 1 egg; 1 small onion. Blend, heat & thicken: 1 c. pineapple juice; ¼ c. vinegar; 1 T. dry mustard; 2 T. cornstarch; 1 T. soy sauce. Add: 2 c. pineapple chunks; 1 banana, thinly sliced. Combine together and reheat for 1 minute. |
