Three Bean Salad (Kathi Hill)

1 lb. can green beans, drained; 1 lb. can wax beans, drained; 1 15-oz. can kidney beans, drained; ½ c. chopped green pepper.

Dressing: ½ c. sugar; 2/3 c. vinegar; 1/3 c. salad oil; 1 t. salt; 1/4 t. pepper.
