Fish Fillets in Lemon Dressing

4 fillets of firm-textured white fish; 2 T. grated onion; 1 T. finely chopped celery; 4 T. oil; 4 slices cubed toast, 1 T. chopped celery, juice of 1 lemon, grated rind of ½ lemon, 1 t. salt, pepper, dash nutmeg.

Saute onion & celery in oil. Mix in remaining ingredients. Place 2 fillets on bottom of oiled baking dish. Spread dressing over fish. Top with remaining fillets. Dust with paprika, dot with margarine. Bake @ 375° for 40 min.
