Cheesy Potatoes (Terry Rigby)
1 24 oz. bag frozen hash browns; 2 cans cream of chicken soup; 1½ c. sour cream; 1 c. grated cheddar cheese; ½ cube margarine; 2 T. finely chopped green onion. Mix all ingredients. Spray a 9X13 pan and add mixture.
Top with: ¾ c. corn flake crumbs; 2 T. melted butter. Bake @ 350° for about 45 minutes.
