Potato Casserole (Becky Essig)

Boil 6 white potatoes - cool, skin, grate, set aside.
Cook: 1 lb. sausage or ground beef
Add: 1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
1 onion
¾ c. grated cheese

Add to potatoes. Mix well. Put in baking dish topped with grated cornflakes or shredded wheat, melted butter.
Bake @ 350° until it bubbles - about 20 minutes.
